About
It all started around a kitchen island—a simple idea to bring together members of the Coral Reefer Band to showcase their incredible talent while honoring the legendary Jimmy Buffett. Then, on September 1, 2023, the unimaginable happened. Our captain became a barefoot angel, leaving us with a heartfelt mission: "to keep the party going".
The answer came to us quickly, carried by the words of his song, "Here We Are." And just like that, the vision of a "family reunion costume barbecue" took shape. Over the following months, Here We Are... was born, a celebration of music, memories, and the unbreakable bond of our shared love for the man and his music.
On June 20, 2024, Parrotheads from around the world came together in a field on the far east side of Indianapolis, Indiana. It was there that Here We Are... was born—a celebration of community, music, and the spirit of the Jimmy Buffett way of life.
Keep the Party Going to remember My Name is Not Homeless
As we come together to keep the party going, we do so with a purpose: to remind everyone that "My Name is Not Homeless." Our mission is to raise funds for PourHouse.org.
The PourHouse is dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness by addressing barriers to housing, treatment, and healthcare. Through compassionate, community-focused street outreach and a unique peer advocacy approach, the organization empowers people to set and achieve their goals, rediscovering hope and direction for their lives.
The Event
The festivities kick off with live music Friday evening and continue through Saturday. Enjoy performances on two stages: a tailgate stage featuring top Trop Rock musicians and the main stage showcasing many of your favorite Coral Reefer Band members. Don't miss out on the ultimate summer party!
And the best part? Our family reunion costume barbecue is a tailgate! Yes, bring your Tiki Bars, swimming pools, shot-skis, and pirate ships—we’ll be tailgating all weekend long.
