1.Event check in hours:
RV Check-In
Check-in for RVs begins at 12:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2025. Each RV will be allotted a 30-foot-wide space, so please plan accordingly to accommodate slide-outs, awnings, and canopies. One vehicle is allowed to park at your RV site; any additional vehicles must be parked in the designated blacktop area. Each RV site may host up to 8 people and 1 small tent if needed.
Camper Check-In
Check-in for campers begins at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2025. Each campsite may accommodate up to 4 people and either 2 small tents or 1 large tent. One vehicle is allowed to park at your site; all additional vehicles must be parked on the blacktop..
General Admission Check-In
Check-in for all other attendees begins at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2025. Parking for Friday night will be on the blacktop. Be sure to bring a chair to enjoy the performances at the Tailgate Stage. If you’d like to set up a canopy, you may do so in the designated area on Friday night; however, all canopies must be taken down before you leave for the evening.
Saturday Morning Check-In
If you have already checked in, please be prepared to show your wristbands to the parking attendant upon arrival. If everyone in your vehicle has their wristbands, you will be directed straight to your tailgate spot. If you are arriving for the first time, you will be directed to registration before being allowed to park.
Sunday, June 22, 2025 – Departure
All RVs and campers must vacate the property by 11:00 AM on Sunday.
If you are unable to drive due to intoxication, please leave your vehicle in the blacktop parking lot overnight and return to retrieve it by 11:00 AM on Sunday
2. What can I bring?:
Have you ever been to Alpine, Cincinnati, Frisco, Jones Beach or Great Woods? If you have and you have tailgated, then that is your answer! Please no open flames such as fire pits. No motorized vehicles such as golf carts or scooters. Alcohol is welcome and encouraged, we just ask that you be discreet with hard liquor.
3. Will there be shade?:
Canopy space is very limited, but you are welcome to bring a canopy for your tailgate area or to set up in the designated area behind the main stage. Canopies will not be permitted in front of either stage. At the main stage, canopies are allowed only behind the sound booth. All canopies must be securely staked or weighted down for safety.
4. Chairs?:
Yes you will be permitted to bring chairs, like canopies, however will not be allowed to be placed directly in front of the stage. Please save room for dancing.
5. Will there be facilities on site?: Yes! Modern facilities to include showers for each gender.
6. Where will the vendors be?:
Vendors will be located between the stages and the field. Canopies are recommended. Be aware that wifi in this area is sparse, so apple pay, or other apps may be difficult to use. Cash is king! Vendors are able to make their own hours of availability(during normal operating hours).
7. Will there be food for purchase at the event?:
Yes! Smokin Barrel BBQ restaurant is on site! Food for purchase each day. Breakfast will also be added to their menu for Saturday morning. 8. Will I be able to meet a performing artist?:
Most likely you will catch them walking the grounds, so feel free to say hello!
9. What do you mean by costume?:
Wear your best tailgate attire!!! Coconut bra’s, pirate outfits, sharks ect.
10. Is this event kid friendly?:
If you would bring your child to a tailgate, then yes is the answer. Children 13 or under do not require a ticket. 14 and over need a general admission ticket.
11. Will merch be available?:
Here we are... merch will have limited quantities available. Many of the musicians will have merch for sale.
12. Will there be a hose to fill a pool?:
There is water spigots onsite but no hose available.
13. Are there picnic tables?:
Yes a few near the tailgate stage.
14. How far of a walk is it from?:
Nothing is longer than a city block.
